Job Schedule The positions enjoy a 3 : 2 hybrid schedule working Mondays through Wednesdays in the office with Thursdays and Fridays remote.

Job Summary :

Unclaimed Property UCP Assistants ensure secure handling and competent processing of UCP client information and data along with payment reissuements.

These one-year assignments reside in North America Financial Operations as part of the AP Compliance Team located in the Richmond Indiana Operations Center.

Job Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the AP Compliance Teams supervisor in conjunction with the Escheatment Lead incumbents will provide a range of general services in support of UCP activities with duties that include :

• Data cleanup and ongoing data maintenance.
• Assisting with preparation of due diligence letters.
• Developing strong relationships with vendor contacts.
• Responding to inquiries received via phone and email from customers of all levels in a friendly and respectful way.
• Ensuring UPC due diligence responses and documentation meet Chubb compliance requirements.
• Entering payment vouchers.

Education and Experience

• At least 3 years of applicable work experience in a professional environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Special consideration given to those with previous unclaimed property / escheatment experience.
